According to Emblem Health- for the following plans, listed below, there will be a 1% of reimbursement reduction that will apply to the claim payments.

Managed Medicaid and HARP

Looks like this will affect the claims going back as far as April 1st 2025.

For prospective claims the change will apply to DOS March 27, 2026 and thereafter.

As per NYS Medicaid there were several reductions that were applied to the payments, however I could not find anything for the year 2025…hmmm
