What is changing?

• Both HMO and PPO D-SNP Medicare Plans have a chiropractic benefit available through WholeHealh Living, a NCQA CVO- accredited company.
• For PPO plans- the members do have :an out of network benefit” so they can see a chiropractor outside of WholeHealth network
• This is a supplemental benefit
• There are no referrals for these services
• There are 12 annual visits
• Copay- $0
