To prevent unecessary claim denials for NY OASAS providers please make sure that you bill the proper TOB on the claim.

For any DOS 4/1/2026 and there after the NY OASAS providers need to make sure to put the Facility Type code 86 in the loop 2300 when submitting claims. If provider is still using code 11 and 12 on the claims after 4/1/26- the claims will be denied.
