On 3/9/26- Cigna removed the following medications from the Pathwell Specialty Pharmacy drug list:

• Prolia^® (denosumab)
  Bildyos^® (denosumab‑nxxp)
  Conexxence^® (denosumab‑bnht)
  Enoby™ (denosumab‑qbde)
  Jubbonti^® (denosumab‑bbdz)
  Stoboclo^® (denosumab‑bmwo)

What does this mean for your patients?

• The removed medications no longer require a Pathwell Specialty Provider
• Standard Prior authorization process for medical necessity applies
