What do you need to know?

• Effective DOS 1/1/27- the frequency of dental fillings will be changed from once every 6 months to once every 13 months- when performed on the same tooth.
• This change will also apply to inlays, onlays, veneers, crowns, or crown retainers – when there is a history of tooth filling on the same tooth within the last 12 months
• Codes affected: D2140-D2430
