Payers periodically update their prior authorization grids for various services.

Recently there was an update to the genetic and molecular testing which in turn get added or deleted from that particular prior authorization grid.

In addition to the current prior auth list for genetic and molecular testing the following codes will be added:

• 0624U
• 0625U

• 0626U
• 0627U
• 0628U
