According to the NY Medicaid EHR Incentive program the following are the prerequisites for Medicaid EHR Incentive Program attestation, for eligible Physicians (EP’s)
- If your office at least utilizes 2014 CEHRT technology
- If your Patient volume of Medicaid recipients is at least 30% (20% for Pediatricians)
- If you are tracking your Meaningful use activity- 2016 clinical quality data Objective and Measures (MU2/MU4)
