To see the new Malpractice Insurance Minimums please select your state below:

Note to the providers in Indiana, Louisiana, Nebraska, New Mexico and Whyoming: If you participate in your state’s Patient Compensation Fund (PCF), you must meet the minimum insurance requirements of the fund. These minimums may be lower than UnitedHealthcare requires. If you do not participate in the PCF, you must maintain UnitedHealthcare’s coverage requirements.

Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Texas, please click here.

South Carolina, please click here.

Please remember that these new Malpractice Insurance minimum amounts have to be met in order for you, as a provider, to be credentialed or re-=credentialed with UnitedHealthCare.
