In May of 2026, Aetna Better Health announced that they will strengthened their relationship with NantHealth to offer new condition-specific bundled PA oncology requests; through Eviti.

What is changing?

• Aetna Better Health will step away from single code prior authorizations
• Focus on condition- specific oncology  authorizations that would include amaging services.

The following imaging services will be included:

• MRI
• CT
• PET
• SPECT

---

The purpose of this change:

• Streamline the prior auth process- provider submits 1 PA request
• Eviti Medical Office performs additional  clinical review
• Reduced PA decision time for patients – faster treatment for patients

---

What is not changing for the providers:

• If you are already using  Eviti Connect portal- then you will continue to use it and use the prompts to select the imaging services
• No new peer requirenments needed for bundling the imaging services
