Aetna Announcement-new provider portal Availity

Starting April 30,2020 – Availity will become the sole provider portal for AETNA insurance carrier.

New York Effective date is May 1, 2020

Things to consider:

  1. If you are already registered with Availity for other payers, then you will have access to AETNA. NO further action is needed
  2. Of you are not registered with Availity- please visit the AETNA landing page on Availity, where you can enroll into a free webinar. This webinar will help you with how to register for Availity, get started, and give you best practices to optimize your experience with existing tools that Availity Portal has to offer.
  3. NAVINET WILL NO LONGER SUPPORT AETNA
