Effective for DOS 6/1/26- Integra Partners will manage all prior authorizations for DMEPOS provider requests.

This new update applies to all Healthfirst plan types.

There is an update DMEPOS authorization list that can be found here.

Some of the DMEPOS that require an auth and a request needs to be sent to Integra Partners:

• Oxygen Supplies and equipment
• Wheelchair and accessories
• Infusion equipment and supplies
• Prosthetics
• Etc

Requesting an auth:

• A referring physician who can dispense/supply DMEPOS– request an auth directly through Integra Portal or Fax: 1-929-416-1968 or
  Phone: 1-888-259-1821

---

If a member already has an auth that was issued by Healthfirst the provider does not need to submit another request after the DOS 6/1/26.
