As of Nov 20, 2025 NYS DOH updated the Article-29 VFCA billing and coding guide.

Notable Changes:

• The non- billable services/codes – Appendix C was removed
• The individual providers now can submit for all medically necessary services
• The non billable codes should still be submitted, to properly capture the services performed during the visit
