What is changing?

• For any DOS on or after 09/1/26 there will be a prior notification/prior authorization requirenment for certain BH services

Which services are subject to this change?

Submitting a notification:

• Fill out CCA notification form and send it in via fax: 855-341-0720

Submitting a prior auth:

• Option 1- CCA provider portal
• Option 2- via fax- 855-341-0720

Successful process

• make sure your medical billing/prior authorization team is aware of the changes mentioned above.
• Submit the required documentation or notofocation within the listed time frames to avoid issues with reimbursement
