Emblem Health and Prior authorizations for injectable drugs- updated 2019

According to EmblemHealth- effective 01/01/2019- “Magellan Health Inc will no longer provide utilization management for injectable drugs”.

Do you qualify for NY Medicaid EHR incentive program?

According to the NY Medicaid EHR Incentive program the following are the prerequisites for Medicaid EHR Incentive Program attestation, for eligible Physicians (EP’s)

  1. If your office at least utilizes 2014 CEHRT  technology
  2. If your Patient volume of Medicaid recipients is at least 30% (20% for Pediatricians)
  3. If you are tracking your Meaningful use activity- 2016 clinical quality data Objective and Measures (MU2/MU4)
